Hello everyone,
After having a good win rate and winning a decent amount of my games with my latest card draw magic deck, I noticed that a lot of time my matches take a decent amount of time, so I realised that card draw magic can not be classified as an aggro deck bur rather a mid to late game deck; except for some cases in which your opponent gets some very bad hands.
So today I want to finish my games as fast as possible, and the aggro decks that has been working for a while now are either war, deception or light. So since I mostly had the Light cards and not war or deception I decided to go with Light. So I found a deck that had a 68% win rate over 25 matches and I tweaked a little bit according to the card that I have.
And I must say I had a decent amount of wins in a very short period of times so I will be sharing those decks in this post with you:
Original Deck
So here is the original deck, and you can see that it is a little bit on the expensive side because of several cards, it costs around 287$ but I made a version of mine that is still very similar to it and still functionning pretty well and got me a good amount of wins. I will also try to make an even cheaper version of anyone new starting the game!
My version of the deck
This is the version of the deck that I used according to the cards that I had. It still is not a very cheap deck but it was effective and got me 8/10 in my daily play to earn game from Ethereal Diamond to Mythic. I will also explain the switches that I did and the reason behind them as also try to make it even cheaper for you!
Switches and explanantion
Lysander's spear for holy writ
Despite Lysander's Spear being more consistent and effective here, the closest choice for replacement here is Holy Writ. If used correctly early on, it can help you establish board control easily and then applying more and more buffs on your creatures to make them beasts, which is almost like the Lysander's spear goal is.
Merry Kadmos for Argus the White Wall
The roat of Merry Kadmos is very helpful here, however, there are some combos that you can do with Argus to make him a very annoying frontline in which if the opponent does not have the appropriate answer he can not do anything, the fastes combos that can be done on turn 5 in 1 turn are the following:
The Empyrean Pacifist ability synchronises very well with Argus, having her on board before or using her at the same turn with a Humble Benefactor with make **Argus a 4/3 frontline with 1 armor and even a 4/5 with armor if you had a mana crystal at turn 5! On top of that his HP will keep increasing with her in case they were not dealt with!
The second combo is devestating! Having at least 1 creature before on board will make Argus a 4/5 with 1 armor imagine having just 2! a 4/9 with 1 armor for 3 mana!
Pyramid Warden for Olympian Guard
I did not make this switch since I already own the Pyramid Wardens, however, if you do not own them, this can be your best option in this case. Althought the wardens are more annoying and can be very helpful sometimes, the Olympian Guard is a decent replacement since it also provides early on potential for board control!
Final Thoughts
You can see that with aggro light, a lot of varieties and versions can be applied and still work pretty well. What makes them even better for me is that they end the game pretty fast. As a control player you really appreciate your games being faster most of the times whether they were a win or a loss, at least it was fast!
So if you're tight on time with playing the game go ahead and try this deck out, I hope it will give you those fast victories and earn you the gods you need! It's also fun to play if you have not been spamming light for the last couple of months! So I hope this deck helps anyone in the future and I tried my best to make it as cheap as possible while still being effective!

I think Lysander's Spear is irreplaceable for any aggro light. It's even more important than PW.
I play with a similar version:
It is indeed, if the opponent does not have the appropriate relic removal its pretty much over! But the goal here is trying to provide a cheaper good version for players who can't afford it!
I love quick/fast matches (be it a win or a lose). With that being said, I am going to try this deck of yours once I got all the card available.
Top tier aggro light decks are definitely locked behind some expensive cards. Spear, HBK, and PWs. I think you've made and suggested solid substitutions, though. Olympian Guard even synergies with Argus, which is nice.
Of course the replacements are not going to be as solid as the expensive ones, but yeah everyone must try their best and some decks still do well!
