Hello everyone,
A lot of players might be confused as to what cards they should buy, will it be effective and which cards to to spend on there gods token from the blessings of the gods event.
If you are one of those players stick around hence I will display the most important cheap cards to buy for each god!
I listed only cards from 5$ and below, except in some cases in which I had to, to keep it as cheap as possible and only from expansion sets since it is more difficult and rarer to get those!
That does not mean core cards are not effective, but I just did not list them for the pack that it is less frequent to get expansion packs than it is to get free ones!
Keep in mind that this is only my opinion according to what cards are used most and being most effective!
God of Death Cards:
This is a case where I had to include a 15$ card (Necroscepter) for the fact that a Zombie deck can never work without it!
Zombie decks are being used more frequently and are so much fun to play as well and all these cards are crucial for it! And cheap!
Necroscepter (15$) : The left hand of the zombie deck and the first zombie generator.
Cursed Obelisks (1.76$) : Also the right hand of the zombie deck and the other zombie generator!
Decaying rhino (0.16$) : A very cheap and good card to have and since you want to try to be frenzied always for the zombies you do not need to worry about the drawback ability of it.
Netherswarn Lord (7.79$) : Another case where I had to include a 5$+ card. This card works perfectly with zombie decks and gives them amazing buffs!
God of Deception Cards:
Deception is highly known for its sleep, damage rush and stealing and these are the cheapest most important cards to buy.
Spellbound (3.82$), Stoneskin Posion (0.13$), Satyrn Hypnotist (4.6$) : Amazing cards to stall the game or protect yourself which is highly required in non-rush deception decks.
Patient Pickpocket (0.10$), Ludia's Dedicant (0.15$), Lightfoot Informant (6.04$): Awesome cards to steal from the opponent and very cheap.
Armor lurker (0.64$), Shackled Acolyte (0.43$): Good, effective, cheap creatures for rush decks!
God of Light Cards:
Light decks are all about having troops on board and buffing them and these cards helps a lot with that.
Watchful Hound (0.11$), Empyrean Pacifist (3.10$) : Good cards to clear opponent creatures and take a board advantage.
Divine Chains (0.18$), Anubian Redeemer (0.08$) : Nice cards to have if you had an early game board advantage, they can help seal the deal!
Radiant Dawn (1.47$): Great spell with the HP and strength buff and with the sleep losing which can be faced a lot in high ranks!
God of Magic Cards:
With all the ramp and magic damage decks going on, these are the cheapest cards on must have!
Labyrinth Guard (0.13$), Guardian Simulacrum (0.2$) :Amazing late game creatures to have for any magic decks!
All-Seeing Spire (0.19$) : A good cheap structure, good for drawing cards which you might need!
Defend the ramparts (1.02$), Shaped Blast (2.32$), Vow of Learning (3.06$): Very effective and important spells other than the core ones!
God of Nature Cards:
No wonder nature is one of the most effective, cheap decks at the moment. A lot of cards that does not cost much are so effective in it!
Moonbeam (0.04$), Low-Hanging Fruit (0.14$), Aspect of the Pangolin (0.20$): Very good spells to have to either clear board or buff creatures!
Rabid Bear (0.29$), Starving Sabertooth (0.35$), Brazen Moose (0.38$), Giant Pangolin (0.86$), Celestial Stag(3.79$), Moon-Crazed Cyclops (4.07$): Nature is all about having big, strong creatures. These ones are the finest and cheapest ones to have outside of the core set!
Moonlight Charm (1.24$): A very good relic that fits in several nature decks.
God of War Cards:
Frenzied Aggro are the most used decks along with the control decks. However, aggro are much more cheaper and a lot of important cards exist in the core set which means are easier to be obtained!
But here are the most important cheap ones to have from expansion sets.
Archangel Bruiser (0.37$), Nokkvi Warrior (0.16$), Thunder Caller (4.39$): Amazing cards that exists in almost every aggro deck!
Another round (1.25$): A spell that can turn the tide of the game if given the chance to be used correctly!
Neutral Cards:
I wanted to also do one about neutral cards since I found two cards that I can not ignore!
Munosian Infiltrator (0.23$): This card is seeing more and more use with time and it can help get rid of annoying early game creatures!
Guild Enforcer (1.63$): Classic card, it can provide good value and protection if it was played at a good time, even after the nerf it is still not bad I would say.
Conclusion:
As we can see, we do not have to spend a lot of money to make good effective decks.
It is all about knowing what playstyle you like to play, seeking out the most important cards for it and perfecting it!
I would highly advise buying those cards if you play any style related to them and you were not lucky enough to get them yet.
And if you are new and do not know a lot about playstyles, checkout my previous post where I covered 3 playstyles for war, nature, magic and deception gods with the light and death upcoming!
That was it for this post hope it was helpful, if you did make sure to drop a follow and let me know your thoughts in the comments I would appreciate it a lot!
Mad love, Peace out <3

GUListcreator props to @kephler for creating this helpful website!
Lots of good cards here! I just found out Anubian Redeemer (light) is actually backline, but it isn't listed on the card. Definitely makes it a lot more interesting. I'm sure it's underpriced because no one knows. I picked up 2x shadows just because they were dirt cheap.
Exactly! There are a lot of hidden important cards that I might not even know about so I tried my best to find the ones I faced before! This game has a lot of potential especially when people start discovering new cards with time
Thank you! I was looking for exactly this morning. Trying to plan early for what to do with the GODS I earn during the weekend event.
