Con una exquisita combinación que, al probarlo, el paladar se toma su tiempo para degustar sus sabores, sentir el picor, el dulzor y el amargo de los ingredientes.
𝑬𝒍 𝒄𝒂𝒑𝒊́𝒕𝒖𝒍𝒐 𝒅𝒆 𝒉𝒐𝒚 𝒔𝒆 𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒖𝒍𝒂: 𝑻𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒂 𝒇𝒓𝒊́𝒂 𝒅𝒆 𝑪𝒂𝒎𝒃𝒖𝒓 𝒄𝒐𝒏 𝒋𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒃𝒓𝒆 𝒚 𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒆.
Este postre fácilmente se puede realizar una tarde para merendar, compartir con la familia, los amigos y los pequeños de la casa. Con ingredientes sencillos: cambur (banana, guineo) jengibre (opcional) y chocolate amargo.
Puedes degustarlo de a poco para sentir el picor del jengibre, el dulce del cambur combinado con el chocolate amargo, con una textura suave, cargada de sabor, prácticamente se derrite en la boca, este postre es realmente una delicia.

𝑻𝒐𝒅𝒂𝒚'𝒔 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒊𝒔 𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒍𝒆𝒅: 𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒅 𝒃𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒂 𝒄𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒓 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒆.
This dessert can easily be prepared for an afternoon snack, to share with family, friends and the little ones at home. With simple ingredients: banana, banana, ginger (optional) and bitter chocolate.
You can taste it little by little to feel the spiciness of the ginger, the sweetness of the banana combined with the bitter chocolate, with a smooth texture, full of flavour, practically melts in your mouth, this dessert is a real treat.
I'll show you how to prepare it, you do the magic.
Let's go through the ingredients and the step by step
- 2 Cambures pecosos
- Un trocito de jengibre
- Un chocolate oscuro
- 2 freckled Camburs
- A piece of ginger
- One dark chocolate
Quitamos la cascara de los cambures y los trituramos con un tenedor haciendo un puré.
Remove the peel from the camburs and mash them with a fork to make a puree.
Agregamos la ralladura del jengibre y mezclamos al puré de cambur
Add the grated ginger zest and mix it into the mashed cambur
Luego agregamos el chocolate previamente derretido a la mezcla.
Then add the previously melted chocolate to the mixture.
Lo llevamos a la nevera por un espacio de 30 – 40 minutos, hasta que este firme
Place in the fridge for 1 hour, until our dessert is firm.
Al transcurrir este tiempo, agregamos otra capa de chocolate oscuro derretido para darle más consistencia y sabor, refrigeramos por 30 minutos.
After this time, add another layer of melted dark chocolate to give it more consistency and flavour, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Retiramos en el tiempo señalado, servimos y esparcimos el chocolate negro rallado…
Remove within the specified time, serve and sprinkle with grated dark chocolate.
