Buen día, querida comunidad, hoy les voy a compartir mi experiencia en unos de los restaurantes más reconocidos en Portugal por su diversidad gastronómica 😱, nos presenta una combinación de platos africanos y brasileños, son países que fueron colonias portuguesas que hoy en día sus culturas y gastronomía están presente en este país y para mí es lo que ayuda que Portugal se encuentre entre los mejores países con mejor gastronomía a nivel mundial, la variedad de platos de Mozambique, Angola, cabo verde, brasil y Portugal nos lleva a explorar la gastronomía de África, Europa y América del Sur.

Es un concepto de bufé abierto o libre donde tú pagas un monto determinado y tienes derecho a comer todo lo servido en el bufé y repetir si quieres, incluyendo las bebidas y postres, además a disfrutar al cierre del bufé de actividades que se realizan en el restaurante, muy importante es como están identificadas las comidas y el apoyo de un cocinero para orientar sobre el ingrediente de cada plato, me llamo la atención de un puré de mandioca que al final era yuca, pero en brasil es conocida como mandioca.

In my case I already came with my chosen dishes, my cooking experience and the years in Portugal I have managed to experiment with many African dishes, my favorite chicken caril (Angolan), Alentejo pork (Portugal) and chicken mohamba (Monzambique), three dishes that I try at least one a week.

La bebida variada desde refrescos, café, sangría y vino tinto, el vino muy agradable tenía armonía con la comida, pero si quieres escoger otro vino de la garraferia ya es un costo adicional que debes pagar por separado.

Last but not least, the desserts where we had about six varieties and of course I couldn't try them all, but three that for me are the best, the molotof which is based on egg white, cream with strawberry, our cheese called in Portugal flan and the special Brigadeiro made with typical Brazilian dark chocolate.

Por último y no menos importante los postres donde teníamos como seis variedad y por supuesto no pude probarlos todo, pero sí tres que para mí son lo máximo, el molotof que es a base de la clara de huevo, nata con fresa, nuestro quesillo llamado en Portugal flan y el especial el Brigadeiro hecho a base de chocolate negro típico de brasil.

A esos de las cuatro de la tarde recogieron el bufé, cuando se pensaba que todo termino llego un cantante con su equipo de sonido y empezó a cantar, se prendió la rumba que aquí llaman la hora de danzar y todos a la pista de baile a seguir el compartir.

Finally, a lady from Mozambique was called to be introduced and she is a recognized writer in her country who came to Portugal to present her book next week. It was a pride for me to share with a very polished person who is presenting her roots and cultures. around the world.

Ya para culminar fue llamada una señora de Mozambique para ser presentada y es una escritora reconocida en su país que vino a Portugal a presentar su libro la próxima semana, fue un orgullo para mí compartir con una persona muy lustrada que anda presentando sus raíces y culturas por el mundo.
