Yeah, everything you stated is very true. Even though everyone can access a smartphone or a computer, can everyone afford the data to go online. Over here, data is quiet expensive and making use of online video calls for classes burns alot of data.

You are right, I forgot to mention about internet connection, it's also expensive here in the Philippines, there will be a lot of people who cannot afford.
