one of my friends also suggested doing some meditation, it can be really hard at first because our mind tends to travel when we try to stay focused. After that travel, we can achieve that good mediation, and the result will be amazing. I have never tried it though. : )
taking a short walk can be good also, as you mention it is good for physical and mental health.
