Greetings to the Cent platform and the entire Hive blockchain. It's a new day and time to share with you on my take on generalizing everything that happens around us. Stay with me as we proceed on this important matter. It's your friend @faquan, saying hello from this part of the world.
In the past and the nearest future many have made and will make mistakes because of what they saw happening around them without asking the right questions to ascertain the main reasons why things happened the way they did.
I have had this statement "All men are the same" or All women are the same and many women have missed the right man that God has kept for them. This is one of the deception of all times. Why because no twins born on the same day have the same fingerprint.
I truly know that most of these assumptions are background related. What I mean here is that many of these things are seen at home and in our neighborhood. Just because a man assaulted his wife or bullies his children doesn't mean that all men are assaults. Just because your mom is a nagging woman doesn't mean that are ladies will nag if they're married.
Just because your car had an accident in the past, does it mean that you'll not drive or enter a car again! Just be other marriages are failing does it mean that you'll not find a peaceful and suitable home to be in your marriage.
Generalizing everything is in itself dangerous and if not avoided could cause you the best gift that would've come to you. If generalization is truly working why are some homes peaceful and some relationship working amidst the failure of others.
Three things that'll help you to succeed amidst the happenings around you
- believe that your case is different. This is having faith in what you do (relationships, marriage and life in general) amidst the happenings around you.
- I must make it work. Every relationship you see or marriages that are working, people are making sacrifices for it to work. Commit yourself in making it work.
- try to be the standard for good things. I and my family should be a reference point for good and working things in my office, home and community. When people wants to seek to know the standards I and family should referred to.
Stop this generalizing attitude it'll hinder you from achieving the best for you. Your case is different.
