Liquidity pools are one of the best ways to earn in DEFI but also one of the riskiest and in these days of so much confusion with the drops we can see them, it is the famous impermanent loss. Hive-engine offers a possibility of frictionless investment which is very good because in many DEFI investments you have to be constantly calculating the cost of transaction fees.
In this case we earn both from transaction fees and from pool incentives. Unfortunately in Hive we have very little volume so the fees are almost residual and Hive-engine does not show it to us.
In my CENT/LEO investment pool I can see the pool incentives which are magnificent. Unfortunately in these last few days the drops have caused the value of the investment to drop but it is still a very interesting pool.
Since we invest in cryptocurrencies it is not a good idea to look at the value in Dollars in the drops and take advantage to evaluate the performance. It is better when we are in the bull run to come, see and sell.
