Here I sat at this same spot some 6 or 7 years ago when I entered the annex campus of our university for the first time, I took my first passport photograph here too, and paid my first school fees and some other schools stuffs here during my freshmen year.
Few days ago was my convocation, that's like the school officially declaring me a graduate and confered on me with the degree of a B.sC certificate, that's also signifying the end of my studentship and my programme here, so when i look around and seeing some of the students here I just smile at how time flies, Slowly I ride with my bike, looking left and right, and stopping at some of the famous lecture halls, and buildings and just stare at them, how we would often troop in Here in our numbers, we were almost a hundred of us, so seats weren't enough and we would often squeeze ourselves to seats while some will stand.
School days was fun, and exciting the vibes and talk and moving in groups from one lecture venue to another, moving from one campus to another, running late trying to catch up, there's assignments, test, Exams, sleepless nights classes.
I am someone who loves studying at night, cause it's more quiet and peaceful, so that's why when I first came Into the city, few days after I began my night classes alone without knowing anybody in school, I had to put in my all Into studying, I made a promise to myself to reach a first Class CGPA or at least second upper, so I gave in my all.
As times goes on I made friends with some of my colleagues who share the same mindset as me, we soon formed a study group and spend quality time together studying, revising, night Class together, both during test and exams we would often seat together, these were my circle in schhol
I call them my friends of friends, we got each others back always, school life is not always very easy but when you've got some very good friends to support you emotionally, physically, financially and otherwise you know better not to toy with them, even after school we still tag along best friends for ever 😀....
Then there was our sermina and project defence period, doing research wasn't easy at all, I had to painstakingly ensure that everything was alright with several correction from my project supervisors Finally it was approved and my defense was a huge success.
