Hi,
Who knows you beyond that your business premises is very necessary, don't say it doesn't matter because I'm gonna look you in the face, eye to eyes accompanied with a very cute smile, and you'll definitely run out of options other than listening to hear from me about how important it is.
But first, permit me to begin with a question about when you last marketed yourself? I guess you didn't know that beyond your business, you're a brand on your own.... You're the real person behind it all. Give it a deserves thought.
We most likely caught spending quality time informing and educating our audience about our businesses, and what it does, posting necessary updates, and chasing visibility for our businesses. But how often do we take a moment to ensure that we're known, liked, and trusted as individuals?
Maybe I should remind you again that you're the first brand people are supposed to see and get familiar with. You need to be marketed because your life is a business; think about your character, values, skills, and personal relationships. But nobody is talking about you.
Same with our religious beliefs, sometimes what truly attracts more people to us goes beyond mere words, but our pragmatic lifestyle, being able to live out our supposed preaching words, makes it all easier. Just as they said, actions speak louder sound more than our mere words.
Are people aware of the values you bring to their lives? Are you visible enough for your shining light to be noticed or have you been focusing more on selling just your businesses that you've forgotten about selling your alongside to your business audience?
How about you give thought to building a special database for RELATIONSHIPS,,,, not just for your regular customers but for people who are so dear to you in life. You could think of your friends, mentors, family members, and even those you're inspired by.
The reality is that people most likely buy into people first before business comes next. It's their trust in you that'll seal up the real deals, as they care more about who you are.
We're all busy with our daily tasks in-house and in our respective offices, and that's the fact I'm not going dispute, but taking out a second in our schedule not for a usual business talk, but to share YOU, a quick call to ask "how are you doing? Or something else like" here are my values, how can I be of help? Even a simple message saying thank you for being a part of our success journey means a lot.
Avoid being busy growing your businesses alone. The way we treat people, the special energy we bring to a room, the beautiful memories created by us, and more are part of our business brand. Market you and your business with equal energy.
Aspire to be known beyond your business audience. Keep your values, and let people feel connected to you in a direct proportion to the efforts you're making to nurture beautiful relationships
Why I am saying all of this, you may wanna ask.... but quickly, I'll jump off the questions by informing you that I learned from reading about valuable relationships, and a skill without a relationship could be just potential. A product void of trust may be just an option in the school of thought and choices.
But someone well-known, liked, and trustworthy remains unforgettable... Just like your handsome friend @johnpetra a global-loving dude
