Hello, members of the Hive Reachout community. You're welcome to my blog.
I'm thrilled to be a part of this week's contest. And we're asked to write about our favorite communities on Hive.
I would love to mention the four communities I like so much, and the reason.
My favorite communities on Hive are the @ hive reachout community, @ DIY community, @ vibes community, and lastly, @Be Entrepreneur community.
These four communities are the reason behind my success even though I've not stayed on this platform for so long.
The @hive reachout community is one community I like so much. The reason is that they engage me weekly in a contest. Sometimes, I feel depressed, and I wouldn't want to engage myself in anything, but once I log into my blog, I notice I have a topic to write on.
The topics they always came up with are topics that helped me to have a full knowledge of those things I didn't know and also helped me to improve my writing skills.
When I started Hive, it wasn't easy to make a post in a day, but thanks to this community, they have helped me in different dimensions.
Aside from this, they always give me a good upvote each time I make a post, and this has always motivated me to be more serious.
Concerning the @DIY Hub community, it has become my home. I'm always happy each time I make a post in this community.
They taught me a lot about consistency and self-determination. The first time I saw people doing a handicraft, it looked so difficult to me.
At some points, I wanted to give it a try, but I felt I wouldn't be able to do it. Not until one day, I decided to make a paper wall hanger, and that happened to be my first handicraft, in this community.
Honestly, I didn't expect many upvotes from this community because I thought my handicraft wasn't perfect. But it baffled me to see that my handicraft was one of the best. And that alone made me start believing in myself, and the fear that had taken over my life left me.
Presently, I'm doing extremely well in my handicrafts.
I also want to talk about the @Threespeak community. The Threespeak community has helped me a lot. I like this community so much. Because it creates room for people in different parts of the world to come together through music.
It encourages people not to be afraid of doing what they know best and standing for what is right. The songs I've been seeing on this platform are always inspirational and quite interesting.
There's never a boring moment in this community. Everyone is always carried along. No one is always left behind, unless you don't want to, but I don't think that has occurred before.
When I started singing, I didn't know how to sing perfectly, nor did I know the posture I should take while singing. But this community has made me realize my mistakes, and they also showed me what to do to bring out the good potential in me.
The last community I will be talking about is the Be Entrepreneur community. If I fail to mention this very community, it therefore means, I don't know what I'm doing.
The Be Entrepreneur community is a community that is set aside for entrepreneurs around the globe. It is mainly for those who believe in creativity, and positive results.
Engaging myself in this community's post has added more clarity to me on how to manage my business as an entrepreneur.
It also taught me, how I can relate with all my customers in order not to scare them away from purchasing my products.
I still used this opportunity to say a very big thank you to everyone who has been giving me an upvote in my post in the four communities I've mentioned here.
And I also want to say thank you to @leo voters. You people have made me feel so honored. You're always there to vote for me, every time I drop a post. You people are amazing, and I love you so much.
Everything I've achieved today is through your support, and I wouldn't have become who I'm becoming if you didn't encourage me to try my best even when I fail sometimes.
I still appreciate those who developed the hive Blockchain platform. It has helped me in my academic pursuit. I learn new things every blessed day. And I don't regret being introduced to this lovely platform. I'm beginning to get more adapted to it.
This post is in response to hive reachout initiative 25.
I invite this newbie to join this contest @coratcorat @johnpetra @mavisefia.
I remain @joyben.
Thank you.
