Entering the 3rd day at the beginning of the new year, I want to share about the excitement of the children in my neighborhood enjoying the traditional game Manda or what is more popular among Sundanese people called Engkle. This game is still around, despite the rise of more sophisticated games with gadgets.
There are several advantages to traditional games compared to games on gadgets. Traditional games still involve social communication between players, whereas games on gadgets are generally personal. Not only that, the traditional Engkle game involves active body organs, making it possible for children to be physically active.
Hopefully traditional games will still be maintained because there are many positive things. But that doesn't mean that gadgets don't have positive value, there is also positive value in games on gadgets as long as you are selective and manage your playing time.
