1. I think personal hygiene is important for our health beacause?

To put it first as I have observed attention is always paid to the individual’s clean habits relative to health and welfare. Starting with the clear explanation as to why a healthy individual would at times suffer from an ailment in the absence of such caretaking would suffice.

This then requires a personal care means of being maintained in order to stop individuals from coming into contact with various unsterilized objects in addition to helping vegetables remain undamaged and being self maintained which justifies personal care within the context of health advancement.

In addition, it assists clearly in the sanitary formulation of meals in addition to being able to securely preserve meals.

There are times for example when alteration of hand contact with other people does not suffice in preventing the transmission of infection and personal hygiene becomes one of the paramount factors.

  • Washing hands with soap and water
  • Bathing at least two times daily
  • Daily dental hygiene practices
  • We use tissues to cover our mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.

3. How does hygiene affect our relationships with others?

Lack of hygiene negates our social interactions simply because who would like to mingle with a dirty person who does not take a bath and whose body has a foul smell and fascinatingly such an engagement could lure you to what you would have been despising, that is engaging with dirty people.

People with poor hygiene are shunned by society and that in itself clothed in a feeling of low self worth actually invites bullying. Moreover, poor hygiene will hamper the ability of individuals of meeting and getting into a serious relationship with a partner. As a consequence, the ability to be physically intimate, to communicate and even to be sexually attracted to each other will be altered.

4. What effects do cultural variations have on global hygiene habits?

Hand hygiene:
Some of the religions have teachings related to washing of hands that can be done for ritual reasons, for symbolic reasons or just to keep one's hands clean, for instance Islam does not encourage the use quotations of sanitizers containing alcohol to reducing the chances of disease.

Oral hygiene:
That then raises the question of how such tanduk edges and magical bronzed handles are thought to have been made, resulting in the external encapsulation of a contaminant. On some cultures there are traditional practices such as phirangi or other do it yourself toothpastes usages.

There is an established connection between the lack of hygiene and the increased risk of the spread of infections or the transmigration of viruses and bacteria to the body through contact surfaces.

More often than not, the use of soap and water for hand washing helps in the elimination of germs thus bringing respiratory infections to a minimum. Coughing or sneezing into the nose is a way of preventing the distribution of viruses from getting to other people. In addition, short fingernails do not trap dirt and germs enabling the reduction of the volume of bacteria proliferation.
