Unlike last year, powering up HIVE this 2024 is more of a "hit and miss" for me. We are now in September, and out of nine months, I have only powered up four times. This is because my mind focuses more on achieving 10,000 HIVE power this year than the once-a-month PUD.
The PUD community activity came to my attention in March 2022. Though I have been on the platform since August 2021, I didn't know that time the importance of powering up. It took me 8 months of roaming around Hive to realize its significance.
2023 was good for me. I was consistent in my monthly power-up. For some reason, I got tired of this monthly activity. All I do now is power up whenever I have available HIVE in my wallet. Sometimes, it falls on PUD, and most of the time it does not.
I’m doing my daily power ups now hoping that I get to 3k HP before the year runs out
