This post reminds me about the importance and power of setting goals. As I reflect on the way I started this year, I realize that I haven't yet made our Hive goals for 2025 as a family.
I am aware that setting goals is a powerful tool to monitor one’s growth. It provides the direction and focus that we want to achieve this year. In the case of Hive, that would mean an increase in HIVE power and an increase in stakes in selective Hive Engine tokens, as well as an increase in curation activity and the creation of long articles, micro-posts, and comments.
Setting goals is useful. It gives us the benchmark to assess our progress. In case we fail to keep up with our goals, we can step back and reflect on what happened. What obstacles are hindering us from accomplishing our goals? We can use our goals to adjust our strategies if needed.
Moreover, setting goals will keep us away from procrastination. This is the ideal. Self-discipline is necessary to evaluate our progress either weekly or once a month. However, this is easier said and written than done.
Despite overwhelming tasks and busyness, how I wish we could accomplish the following Hive goals for 2025:
HIVE Power
For rzc24-nftbbg to achieve 10,000 HP
For my family’s accounts to reach 1,000 HP each
Hive Engine Tokens
Dedicated Account | Token | Goal |
---|---|---|
All 5 Accounts | CENT | 100,000 |
rzc24-nftbbg | ZING | 100,000 |
rzc24-nftbbg | SWAP.GIFU | 100,000 |
kopiko-blanca | SME | 10,000,000 |
arlenec2021 | POB | 100,000 |
axietrashgame | LEO | 5,000 |
axietrashgame | BBHO | 10,000 |
axietrashgame | BEE | 100 |
Upvotes/Curation
- For all our accounts, curate 10 articles daily.
Content Creation
Except for arcelcalvin9, for four accounts, create a 500-word article at least once a week.
For arcelcalvin9 to focus on micro-posts and 10 comments per day
Trading Goals
- Experiment with trading HIVE, SPS, and other trending tokens outside of Hive using micro-strategies. The goal is to utilize the earnings in these trades to grow our stakes on Hive.
These goals are not exhaustive. For the sake of focus, I intentionally left out many other aspects of the network, such as skills development, celebrating personal milestones, supporting ecosystem goals, engagement and networking goals, promotion, and other related topics. And besides, what’s the use of creating a comprehensive plan if even the less comprehensive is already a challenge to keep up with it?
Grace and peace!
