I've been feeling this way for a while and realizing that my sleep doesn't really do my that much good at the moment.
I actually tend to feel more rested after simply relaxing in a chair, though naturally I can't forgo sleep.
My current goals are to take more time to truly relax and chill and slowly figure out what is causing my sleep to not provide the level of recovery I'm expecting.
Wow, I'm glad my blog resonated with you. I rest better also just relaxing in my sofa than with sleep, cause I get up feeling more refreshed from that sofa.
