Hello friends, how are you? Here, it’s the first few days of Ramadan. The preparations have been a bit long: cleaning, shopping, but with a little determination, we are starting this holy month.
As for me, I’m still dealing with a post-flu cough. I’ve resisted taking antibiotics, but it’s still here, not wanting to leave. I’ve tried several remedies, like olive oil and cloves, to ease it, but it persists. Fortunately, it’s not a dry cough, so it doesn’t tire me too much, and I can work without difficulty.
Do you know of any miracle remedy that doesn’t require medical treatment?
So, as I mentioned, we’re at the beginning of the fasting month, and it’s important to please your family, so we’re getting creative in the kitchen and remembering all the recipes that are a bit out of the ordinary.
Today, it was Turkish pizza. I learned how to make it last year, and today I made it again. It’s not difficult; I’ve got the hang of it, I’ve mastered it.
They all liked it, and of course, it must be accompanied by a nice, hot soup , a real treat!

Bonjour les amis, comment allez-vous ? Ici, ce sont les premiers jours du Ramadan. Les préparatifs ont été un peu longs : nettoyage, courses, mais avec un peu de volonté, nous entamons ce mois sacré.
Pour ma part, je traîne encore un peu la toux post-grippe. Je lui ai tenu tête pour ne pas prendre d'antibiotiques, mais elle est toujours là, elle ne veut pas partir. J'ai essayé plusieurs remèdes, comme de l'huile d'olive et du clou de girofle, pour l'atténuer, mais elle persiste. Heureusement, ce n'est pas une toux sèche, donc elle ne me fatigue pas trop et j'arrive à travailler sans difficulté.
Connaissez-vous un remède miracle sans passer par un traitement médical ?
Voilà, comme je vous l'ai dit, nous sommes au début du mois de jeûne, il faut faire plaisir à sa famille, alors on innove en cuisine et il faut se rappeler toutes les recettes qui sortent de l'ordinaire.
Aujourd'hui, c'était pizza turque. J'ai appris à la faire l'année dernière, et aujourd'hui, je l'ai refaite. Ce n'est pas difficile, j'ai la main, je maîtrise.
Ils ont tous aimé, et bien sûr, il faut l'accompagner d'une bonne soupe bien chaude, un régal !
