Hello, Hivers!
It's time for another model kit review!
For this model kit review, I'll be taking a look at the 1/72 scale kit of a Junkers JU-188, as produced by Testors Italeri.
This model company was founded in Italy in 1962 with the name Italstamp. The name was soon changed to Italaerei, and after a decade, the name was again changed to shorten it to Italeri, making it easier for non Italians to pronounce. In 1979, the company was acquired by Testors. The company continued to produce it's line of kits, but for the U.S. market they were labelled Testors Italeri.
This kit is of a WW2 German medium bomber, the JU-188 and was an upgraded version of the older JU-88. These bombers were first flown in combat missions in August of 1943, and continued on through the end of the war.
Here is my video for this model kit review. The video is about 10 and a half minutes long.
Thanks for stopping by to check out this model kit review! I hope you found it interesting.
