I went to a small cosplay convention a couple of weeks ago, and spent most of the afternoon looking at the various vendor tables. There was all kinds of different stuff for sale, much like a flea market, but catering to the various cosplay fandom interests. At one of the tables, I found a bag of Star Trek figures, so I bought them.
It turned out that these figures are all Playmates figures from the early 1990s. All of the figures are about 4-1/2 inches tall, or about 120mm.
These are the figures that I got. Included were 2 figures from the original series, 2 figures from Deep Space 9, and 5 figures from The Next Generation
There are actually only 3 different figures in the Next Gen group, with 3 variations of one character. There's 3 versions of Doctor Crusher, Geordie La Forge, and Captain Picard. I'm guessing that the Dr Crusher figure with the hat must have been from a holodeck episode.
There were 2 figures from the Deep Space 9 show, Jadzia Dax and Miles O'Brien.
The last 2 figures are from the original series. Those figures are Lt Nyota Uhura, the communications officer, and Montgomery Scott, the chief engineer. There was also an original series tricorder in the bag with the figures.
All the figures are in pretty good condition, especially considering that they're toys and are about 30 years old.
I have the original series figures on a display shelf along with my small Star Trek spaceships from the original series. I still need to find a good place to display the other figures.

Those are fantastic.
My old wrestling action figures often look nothing like the real person they were meant to depict. These are half the size and I can recognize them instantly. With the uniforms all the same, their faces are the main thing the designers focused on apparently.
Any idea which toy brand they were made by?Edit: I found the answer in your post. Playmates is Chinese toy brand.
What a find. I would have to say most of my favorite characters were the bridge crew. Both on TNG and Voyager. If course there are also the favorite couples... 😉😁
