Haha I've set myself up to fail trying to prove myself as an awesome dad that can do alot of things.
Serves me right.... hopefully she doesn't ask me to build her a car when she's 18 😰
When she's 18, if she wants it done she can do it herself and you'll help with advice and holding things as necessary, otherwise she doesn't want it badly enough and will have to go without ;D

If she learns that you'll bail her out under specific circumstances but that she shouldn't expect you to continue supporting her lifestyle into adulthood, you should be sweet.
