There are so many things that I wanted to put on my 2025 resolution but I feel like I can realistically do these:

  • improve sleeping habits (sleep before 11 pm... if possible. latest will be 12mn)
  • regular exercise especially walking (to improve my lower back pains)
  • learn how to cook! :D I need to improve my diet, I must eat healthier stuff this year.

These 3 will be my focus in the coming days.
