a just learner in a different scenario. you cant use your posting key. in most more important tasks. maby try your active key. if not a dont know.

I've tried all my keys. It didn't work. It's not like I'm getting an incorrect feedback. I simply cannot proceed after inputting my key

Try to go on discord and ask them direct
its a email address there you can use to under " a need help" on discord
