What are your favorite crypto wallets and why?

I wonder what crypto wallets are the most common/preferred within the Hive community?

Recently I read that Paypal is planning to offer its users direct crypto sales, which would be great for increasing the adoption. Here is the article PayPal, Venmo to Roll Out Crypto Buying and Selling

Uphold, on the other hand, is now allowing Latin American users to purchase fractional U.S. equities directly with crypto or any other currency available on the platform without paying fees. You can read more about it here: Crypto Users Can Now Buy Fractional Shares in Google, Tesla & More

I believe this type of innovation will increase the use of digital wallets controlled by these private companies. So I wonder what are your favorite crypto wallets and why?

I'm really new to crypto. I have an Esteem wallet, a Hive wallet, and a Pi wallet. I like the esteem wallet because it's simple, however I think that the Hive wallet makes much more sense in doing what it is intended for. Regardless, Pi is the wallet I'm most excited about at the moment. Pi is crypto mining on your mobile device, except it doesn't require any processing power, battery usage, network data usage, etc. All you have to do is verify your humanity every 24 hours. Unfortunately, it is still at stage 2 of iirc 5, which means that, like Bitcoin in the early 2000s, it is worth just about $0. I am hoping the value will rise significantly in the next year. :)

lol. This was funny, the part about "value worth just about $0". Asking questions and staying open to learn are good ways to start out. Just do stay away from anything named "BitConnect". That is clearly a scam.

Yes that is interesting - use of private company controlled crypto wallets - I had a horrible moment a few months ago when I realised my Crypterium wallet (a terrible alt purchase on my part a few years back!) is controlled by them.

I promptly emptied it and set up a Mycellium wallet instead for some of my BTC - and a ledger is what I use for the other half.

I also quite like Coinomi.
