The hive fund: inefficient , may take months before funding starts, when funding starts late partial funding may not result in what had been proposed because of not enough funding, funding can end at any time (no guaranteed funding over the period of time), disagreements on what the worth of development work is(hint: we wouldn't be here without some guys and gals stepping up big time when it counted...)
New devs: having a very hard time getting their proposal funded because they have not established "trust" first.
Disagreement on rewards: new flag wars once Hive hit 5$+ (xyz is earning more than me even though my development work is so much better! I will flag his every post for $-150 until he quits...)
Greed and feeling entitled.
Spammers and scammers not getting dealt with efficiently.
