A random hiver?, Well that wouldn't be a problem, if it's a hiver in my country, I could take them out on a treat and buy them pizza, or even pay and ask them to choose whatever they want. If it's in Africa, could of course send them an indigenous gift, maybe traditional cloth of antique design and outside Africa, maybe those nice warm fuzzy jackets or you know send then a local musical instruments for then to well play a christmas tune.
