I think hive need to find a way to encourage readership. Tis like all that some guys look for is votes, votes and votes. If I read your post, my understanding will reflect on my comment. This is interaction which the entire hive community needs for upward growth. It is not enough to drop a post here and only come back to check how much votes you have.

Let responsible comments be encouraged.
