Try once - cook the rice little soft - good if you can cook and leave over night by adding water to that - then next day just add chord / salt, mint leaves / green chilly ( for flavor) , and then crushed baked potato with a little mustard oil, salt , chilly (if you like). Poor man's food - but healthy. And making the rice over night, gives you a beautiful sleep - a form of wine is made like that by tribal people 😁
