People just do not seem to care about centralization, privacy and data control. I think Hive's and other competitors problem will be that Reddit has a good enough system people enjoy and now they will enjoy even more with the rewards. Once awarded the token asset is the individuals so they will not feel at risk of token confiscation.
Besides from an outside perspective Hive is centralized with the token rich controlling the chain rewards. Seems like we need a better marketing strategy.
