Normally I'm not the type of person who does a lot of manipulation to his photographs, yes, I like to edit color and do some cropping to enhance the image, sometimes remove an element that I physically couldn't remove on the location, etc, but deleting too many elements, correcting sizes, thinning people and things like that, are the things I don't like to do.
Normalmente no soy del tipo de persona que hace mucha manipulación a sus fotografías, sí, me gusta editar el color y hacer algunos cortes para mejorar la imagen, a veces eliminar un elemento que físicamente no podía quitar en el lugar, etc, pero borrar demasiados elementos, corregir tamaños, adelgazar personas y cosas similares, son las cosas que no me gusta hacer.
The picture above is a very simple one but I like it a lot, I took it a couple of months ago and I had it saved without editing, last night I started to edit it as I wanted, the truth is that when I took it I thought about leaving the colors exactly as you see here, we all know that our eyes capture colors better than our cameras, so she missed to include some colors, I leave you the photo with the colors she saw.
La fotografía anterior es una muy sencilla pero que me gusta mucho, la tomé hace un par de meses y la tenía guardada sin editar, ayer por la noche me puse a dejarla como yo quería, la verdad es que cuando la tomé pensé en dejar los colores exactamente como se ven aquí, todos sabemos que nuestros ojos captan mejor los colores que nuestras cámaras, así que a ella le falto incluir algunos colores, les dejo la foto con los colores que ella vio.
You all know how much I love street and cityscape photography, and in fact this photo was like a kind of record of what I want to do, I could edit the sky and put the clouds I expect to see in the next few days, but it would no longer be what I really want to do, and that is to physically be there in the afternoon, and see how the clouds form in the sky, the little action camera will serve to make a time lapse that I will share with you, but there is still a little while before the rain comes, I am a few days, or maybe hours away from it happening, so I hope to have the footage soon.
Todos saben cuanto me gusta la fotografía callejera y de paisaje urbano, y de hecho ésta foto fue como un tipo registro de lo que quiero hacer, podría editar el cielo y poner las nubes que espero ver en los próximos días, pero ya no sería lo que realmente quiero yo, y eso es estar físicamente ahí por la tarde, y ver cómo se forman las nubes en el cielo, la pequeña cámara de acción servirá para hacer un time lapse que compartiré con ustedes, pero aún falta un poco para que la lluvia llegue, estoy a unos días, o quizás a horas de que pase, así que espero poder tener el material pronto.
In the editing I left the color as I wanted it, however the camera was off when I took the picture, it only served as a model and I wasn't recording anything because as I say, I hope that scene includes a lot of clouds, dramatic and that they look cool, but in the editing I thought of adding the miniature of the volcano inside the action camera, that's why in the cover image you can see it, I hope you liked the editing, I didn't upload the photos with all the quality so the post wouldn't be heavy, and as I already have days without uploading anything to my Instagram, this photo goes there too.
En la edición dejé el color como yo lo quería, sin embargo la cámara estaba apagada cuando hice la foto, solamente sirvió de modelo y no estaba grabando nada porque como digo, espero que esa escena incluya muchas nubes, dramáticas y que se vean chingonas, pero en la edición pensé en añadir la miniatura del volcán dentro de la cámara de acción, es por eso que en la imagen de portada lo pueden ver, espero que les haya gustado la edición, no subí las fotos con toda la calidad para que el post no fuera pesado, y como ya tengo días sin subir nada a mi Instagram, esta foto va para allá también.
