Después de tanto tiempo de estar ausente en la querida colmena, he regresado y que mejor que participando en otra iniciativa/desafío del estimado @monster-one.
En ocasiones, al tomar una foto, podemos estar contentos con el resultado, pero, ¿podríamos mejorar la satisfacción generada?, ¡por supuesto!, ¿cómo?, editándola con alguna herramienta digital. Por lo general, las herramientas que utilizo son: RawTherapee, GIMP o Snapseed. Por practicidad e inmediatez, recomiendo ampliamente Snapseed, y justamente fue la aplicación que utilicé para esta foto.
Esta foto fue la seleccionada porque nunca en mi vida me había tocado ver a un colibrí totalmente quieto, y lo más sorprendente fue que pude acercarme demasiado y ni siquiera se inmutó.

This photo was selected because I had never in my life seen a hummingbird still, and the most surprising thing was that I could get very close, and it didn't even flinch.
Para la edición, al RAW le apliqué algo de brillo, modifiqué los contrastes, le agregué saturación y apliqué sombreado. Esto con el fin de darle un realcé a los colores y que la imagen no se vea tan pálida. Además, en el plumaje apliqué mayor saturación para resaltar ese verde metálico.
I applied some brightness to the RAW for editing, modified the contrasts, added saturation, and applied shading. It enhances the colors and makes the image look less pale. Also, in the plumage, I used more saturation to highlight that metallic green.

Gracias, he visto más colibrís en el patio, pero ninguno se queda estático, les he querido tomar foto mientras vuelan, pero es algo complicado :(
F/8 decía uno de los grandes, puedes utilizar un apertura similar, y una velocidad de disparo elevada para capturar el movimiento de las alas, deja el ISO en automático, ayer intenté hacer fotos a un abejorro pero no resultó precisamente por no seguir las recomendaciones.
Es que quería que se viera bonito con bokeh jaja y pues tenía que cambiar la apertura, al final hasta me dió coraje no haber hecho lo que desde un principio sabía que tenía que hacer, intenta camuflaje para que no te vea y se asuste fácilmente, y armate de paciencia, mucha paciencia porque hay que invertir mucho tiempo y disparos para conseguir lo que ya tienes en mente, pero cuando lo consigues se siente bieeeeen chingón! Suerte!
Me pasa seguido lo que comentas en otras cuestiones, ya sé lo que debo hacer, pero por andar de innovador jajaj no me salen las cosas. Voy a tomar mucho en cuenta tus recomendaciones mi estimado. Gracias!
Muy linda tu edición querido amigo. Concuerdo contigo, nunca había visto un colibrí completamente quieto.
Voy a usar esa herramienta a ver qué tal me va, me gustaría probarla, por lo general en mis ediciones utilizo Photoshop.

Ese día tuve suerte, supongo. Hay muchos colibries en las mañanas, pero nunca me había tocado ver uno quieto.
