Then groom myself properly and maintain good personal hygiene. I also try to get inspired by listening to music. Listening to calming music can help reduce stress. Those are all great techniques and absolutely things I do on a daily and weekly basis as well! I'm glad you mentioned them because I didn't, though I should have. I don't do the grooming thing as much as I used to, but that is likely a side-effect of working from home.
