Hello Great and Fellow dCityizens! We are smack dab in the middle of my second term as president, and things are moving along smoothly. As a reminder, we are keeping an eye on SIM POWER, a 30 day weighted average of liquid SIM holdings, as well as emphasizing the tax rebate and the Sick Citizen as ways to move up in the ranking, over-taking other, more passive players who are not quite up on the meta quite yet.
Let's take a look at the Sim Power numbers:
They seem to have leveled out, but I am not sure if this means something has broken. I will check with team and make sure and get back, its just an oddity that the last 3 days are the exact same number down to the penny. Before this we were steadily increasing by 1.3 Million SIM per day.
Rolling Cards Helps people! Consider it.
The total SIM issuance per day is a combination of the War Pool, the Tax Rebates and the SIM income. I have just raised the taxes by another point, our total non-tax Income is now just 0.5%. At these conditions, and relatively low War Tax of 3%, we are still printing 360k Sim per day for War, 55k SIM for income and 393k SIM for tax rebates, for a total issuance of 808,000 SIM per day.
I consider this setting to be pretty restrictive, this should be enough to moderate the inflation, especially if people are printing new cards. Let's test these settings for a couple of days.

The second payment will be coming up before too many days, we just collected the rewards on the first report, 1.6 HP and 0.6 HBD. Nothing to scoff at for a project just getting started - I am very content.
LABFUND
The Super Citizen Sale is still going on, We have sold 25 Super soliders, 4 Super Criminals, 3 Super Citizens and 3 Super Cops - for a total of 1680,5 LABFUND - so far!
If you have to buy LABFUND off the market, the Super Soldiers maybe aren't that great of a deal (although the depth of the selection is second to none), but I would encourage players to look again especially at the Super Criminal but also the Super Citizen for more popularity. These are great prices to get your hands on income and popularity, as well as the tax rebate.
Consider adding these to your city! Just pick up some LABFUND and send it in to @superlab - be clear in your memo which of the specimens you are looking for.
New City Value Calculations
We also got a great update by @scriptioner yesterday, now we can see a range of values for our city, from the bids to the asks.
This is more information for the players, and I think it will help in trades as well as it is easier to see the range of values that the cards represent. Great work @scriptioner!
All in all, I feel as if the game is more alive than ever, I am happy to continue to invite more players to do citizen mining with a small starter city and see their joy as they start learning about all the different markets and tokens.

I like it seems that the game is resurfacing. And also my latest investments are being profitable. Both ARMERO and LABFUND have worked very well. My next objective is to expand my LP.
I'm still to learn about the citizen mining aspect, but the game is working great so far. My SIM power passed 500k now and getting closer to the 1m target.
Are there still benefits for being in the 1mio club?
Indeed! There are extra chats where gerber talks about future upgrades, and even sometimes gives us a chance to vote on things. Also, there is a student claim available every 24 hours; it picks a random card type and if you have it in your city, you get an extra student:
