As the battery gets low you can definitely tell the difference. But compared to fighting a gas saw to get it started... or having the carb rebuilt... it’s a game changer in my book. It ain’t something for actual loggers but for what I do... I grab it, press the safety, and pull the trigger... no throwing my shoulder out trying to start the damn thing. Lol. That is why I went with an electric Milwaukee weed eater at my house. Just got annoyed of starting that thing everytime. My dad has the Milwaukee chainsaw and he loves it!! Only 18 volt and it does the work of the Dewalt 60 volt... can you say better motor??? Lol.

Not arguing the convenience at all! It is super handy for sure. I have to say my Milwaukee corded hammer drill has been the most rock solid drill for over 20 years now. They are an under rated company!
Their cordless tools they are coming out with now are top notch!! Plus it is just an 18 volt battery. Milwaukee has been stepping up their game big time.
My Dad's Milwaukee Hole Hog and Right angle drill from the 80's still do work!! I am slowly getting all my tools changed to Milwaukee in my garage.
