RE: Management of Stress

Touching grass, so to speak, or just being outside in Nature really works well in lowering our stress levels. For me, it's mostly mediating every morning, it tends to help in preventing me from 'grasping' the things that will increase my stress level. I also have a similar experience with writing, it slows down the mind and organizes it to be less chaotic, more clarity.

Yeah touching grass is so important! It's a technique called Grounding and there is a lot of great science and data coming out about that over the past decade or so. It's a way we can reduce our electrical burden in our body by touching the raw earth with our bare skin. It's just like plugging in an electrical outlet, where the 3rd prong grounds it to the earth. We need to do that for our bodies to work optimally!

I'm glad that you do meditation. I haven't been able to do that yet, but one of these days I will work to incorporate it!

That's basically it! It's quite noticeable for me the difference when I sit barefoot on the grass after spending time indoors immersed on the internet, like some form of heavy energy is been removed through direct contact with the Earth.
