Hola amigos, hoy presento otra ilustración una de las ultimas que hice, realmente tengo mucho mas por compartir pero es difícil poder escribirles un post diario sobre mis dibujos ya que he estado descansando poco, casi diario dibujo estoy muy exhausta pero esto es lo que amo hacer, esta obra me gustó muchísimo por los contraste que hice en ella, quería algo opaco pero que tuviese elementos que agregaran luz para darle un toque diferente. Para este dibujo tome un dia y medio para terminar y esta vez las cosas más difíciles de pintar fue la nariz y la ropa, por tanta oscuridad que había en su rostro fue difícil conseguir los tonos correctos que pudiesen dar una forma “buena” a la nariz.

Hello friends, today I present another illustration one of the last ones I did, I really have much more to share but it is difficult to be able to write a daily post about my drawings since I have been resting little, almost daily I draw I am very exhausted but this is what I love do, I really liked this work because of the contrasts I made in it, I wanted something opaque but with elements that add light to give it a different touch.
For this drawing I took a day and a half to finish and this time the most difficult things to paint were the nose and the clothes, due to so much darkness on his face it was difficult to get the correct tones that could give a "good" shape to the drawing. nose.

Proceso/Process

Como siempre comienzo aplicando los colores base que utilizare en este caso elegi una paleta de colores bastante oscura y desaturada, era bastante difícil no confundirse con los colores y hacer una buena aplicación, pero poco a poco logre hacer que cada tono se mezclara creando la forma del rostro, primero coloque muchísimos colores con una intensidad fuerte ubicando las luces y sombras, después con el pincel difuso y opacidad baja fui uniendo cada tono y creando también tonos nuevos entre mezcla y mezcla.

As always I start by applying the base colors that I will use in this case I chose a fairly dark and desaturated color palette, it was quite difficult not to get confused with the colors and make a good application, but little by little I managed to make each tone mix creating the shape of the face, first I placed many colors with a strong intensity, placing the lights and shadows, then with the diffuse brush and low opacity I joined each tone and also created new tones between mixtures.

Continue dando mas forma y confieso que el vestido lo tuve que pintar 3 veces, realmente la ropa es algo que aun se me dificulta pero intente hacer lo mejor que pude jajaja, para el cabello pinte con pincel difuso y tamaño muy pequeño, variando opacidades, di el toque final con un pincel de “cabello” agregando luces y sombras con este, para el fondo pinte una especie de nubes en espiral, escogí un color naranja ya que mi idea principal era que los tonos mas saturados serian de este color, pinte algunas libélulas brillantes, mi idea era hacer luciérnagas pero me gustaba mas la forma de las libelulas.

Continue giving more shape and I confess that I had to paint the dress 3 times, really the clothes are something that still makes it difficult for me but I tried to do the best I could hahaha, for the hair I painted with a diffuse brush and very small size, varying opacities, I gave the final touch with a "hair" brush adding lights and shadows with it, for the background I painted a kind of spiral clouds, I chose an orange color since my main idea was that the most saturated tones would be of this color, I painted some bright dragonflies, my idea was to make fireflies but I liked the shape of the dragonflies better.

Coloque unas alas y les agregue luminosidad, finalmente di los últimos toques de luces y ajuste de color.

Place some wings and add luminosity to them, finally I gave the last touches of highlights and color adjustment.

En algún momento del dibujo estaba tan desesperada por ver tantos colores opacos y preocupada de no hacerlo bien que pensé en borrar todo, pero continue y valio la pena me gusto bastante este dibujo.

At some point in the drawing I was so desperate to see so many opaque colors and worried about not doing it well that I thought about erasing everything, but I continued and it was worth it, I really liked this drawing.

Chama, qué arrecho cómo lograste esas luces! No tienes una guía específica de luces neón? Me parece bellísimo. La paleta de colores está preciosa. La ropa quedó hermosa. El cabello, los ojos, EL CIELO!!!
Veía las fotografías del paso a paso y jamás me esperé la profundidad tan hermosa que lograste con el cielo.

Gracias!! no, no tengo una guia pero realmente es sencillo, esto desde photoshop lo hago cambiando los ajustes de color del pincel y usando colores en tonos muy llamativos, es cuestion de probar estos ajustes yo normalmente uso el que dice "screen" o tambien "overlay" dan muchisima luz
