Experimenting With Watercolor

Hey everyone! I decided to take a mini break from the flowers to paint a portrait. I realized I tend to use just one color or two to paint a face. So I wanted to try out using many more colors and if possible maybe it could have a semi realistic look. It didn’t really work out lol. It doesn’t look so bad, but I might try again, I’m thinking of watching more watercolor tutorials for it.

Here’s the process for it, I made use of Creta color pencils, Winsor and Newton watercolor, Vangogh watercolor and my Sinoart sketchbook. The A5 sketchbook is almost at its end. I’m hoping to do a few more paintings so I can move to the bigger A4 ; )
