Really enjoy this one! I claim the sailboat to the far left.

Appreciate the narrative describing your intentions as we can see the end result.

I randomly placed three sailboats along the horizon, just to the right of center in the painting. I kept them small because I did not want them to be the center of attention but rather just a slight statement in the overall general feel of the piece.

This is exactly what we get. The sailboats are there, but they do not completely dominate the story...

I'll keep saying how much I love watercolors, but I am also enjoying learning about the technique and the mind of the artist while creating. Thank you!
