Greetings Hiver friend, How are you there? Welcome to my art journal. I want to share with you my latest coffee art just finished today. I called this painting "After the Rain" A beautiful landscape view created with coffee powder
To those who want to try to paint using this unique medium, you can follow the basic method below.
I used three types of painting brushes for this art. And it took me one hour and five minutes to finish this art.
Materials Needed:
π Watercolor Paper or sketching Paper
π Pencil and eraser
π Coffee Powder
π 2 small cups ( lighter and darker shades)
π Ruler
π Clean Water
π Rag
π Paper napkin
Brushes:
π Flat Brush /small #10, 10/32 / 8.0mm
π Liner Brush #2 / 2/32" / 1.6mm
π Filbert brush
Note: Keep all the materials ready before you start painting.
Basic Procedure:
β’ Outline or sketch your painting reference.
β’ Paint using a lighter shade of the background. Create a beautiful texture of the sky.
β’ The same process with the middle, ground, and foreground paints the lighter shade of the subjects.
β’ Once the first layer is completely dry, you can proceed to paint with a darker shade of coffee.
β’ Then add some details to come alive of your painting. I used a liner brush for thin details.
Take note: In putting details, you cannot have a sharp line or a shape unless it is completely dry.
Process:
This is the finished painting.
That's all for today, I hope I give you some inspiration through this simple art using a unique style of painting. Thank you for stopping by and God bless Hiver friends.
Happy Painting!π
Thank you to all who always supported my art.
