Brief Details

Hello all, this is yet another fun logo design project i created. Like the name of the project, my aim was to create a logo design that portrays what the project is all about and to fully represent the concept of the project. While it was quite challenging to arrive at a logo that works well for the project, it was really fun to finally come up with a concept that is effective for the project.

I began the design process by sketching out my ideas in photoshop (you can do this step better using a pencil and paper) but i sometimes do the sketching process in photoshop. After sketching out my ideas, i went into illustrator to create a vector version of my sketch. After the execution of my sketch in vector was completed, f did the final clean up to arrive at the final logo design for the project.

For the steps, I created a rectangle shape with a stroke to give it some width, after that, i rounded out the corners a little to my liking, created a section at the top and filled it to make it solid. After that, i added a circular shape at the center of the section i created at the top of the main rectangle shape. Next, i quickly created a good sign (which is basically two thin rectangular shapes positioned at different angles to get the "good" symbol. Next step was to place it at the center of the circular shape. Next step was to create a pencil icon and placed it where i wanted it to finish up the design idea concept i wanted. After completing the design, the next step was to give it a colour based on the colour scheme of the project. After that, the final design was complete.
