¿Como están? En esta ocasión quiero enseñarles uno de mis dibujos favoritos, es un personaje original(p.o) propio llamado Niall. Realmente tenia pensado abandonar este pequeñín, pero vi el diseño original que tenia guardado y decidí hacerle una version chibi (una version gordita y bonita por así decirlo).
How are they?This time I want to show you one of my favorite drawings, it's an original character (p.o) of my own called niall. I was really planning to abandon this little guy, but I saw the original design I had saved and I decided to make him a chibi version (a chubby and cute version so to speak).
Proceso / Process
Para el boceto utilize 1/8 de hoja de papel (para hacerlo tamaño sticker) y un lápiz HB, lo coloree y le tome una foto para pasarlo al digital ¿(obvio no? ಠ_ಠ )
For the sketch I used 1/8 of a sheet of paper (to make it sticker size) and an HB pencil, colored it and took a picture to transfer it to digital (obvious right? ಠ_ಠ ).
Ya en el sai2* hice las lineas y las configure (si haces las lineas en pc no saldrán finas al inicio y al final por lo que hay una herramienta para hacer esto).
Already in sai2* I made the lines and configured them (if you make the lines in pc they will not be thin at the beginning and at the end so there is a tool to do this).
luego empece con los colores bases; la verdad use colores muy neutros, ya despues lo compensaba con colores mas cálidos (ejemplo: la sombra de la cara que verán en la imagen de las sombras).
then I started with the base colors; the truth is I used very neutral colors, and then I compensated with warmer colors (example: the shadow of the face that you will see in the image of the shadows).
Aqui les dejo la paleta de colores principales.
Here is the main color palette.
despues empece a aplicarle las sombras, primero la cara despues el pelo, y despues lo demás. yo aqui les pondré la foto con las sombras ya terminadas para no alargar tanto el post.
then I started to apply the shadows, first the face, then the hair, and then the rest. I will put here the photo with the shadows already finished so as not to make the post so long.
lo siguiente fue la iluminación del pelo, esto si me tomo tiempo por que no lograba el efecto que quería, pero al final lo logre °u°.
Next was the hair lighting, this took me a while because I didn't get the effect I wanted, but in the end I did it °u°.
¿Notan que los ojos parecen muertos verdad? ¡ahora solo con dos puntos en cada ojo se verán con vida!
Notice that the eyes look dead, right? Now with only two dots in each eye they will look alive!
Ya para finalizar le di un toque de rubor y añadí la sombra de la silueta .
Finally, I added a touch of blush and the silhouette shadow.
Fondo/ background
Para el fondo utilize un color turquesa claro y le agregue puntos blanco de diferentes tamaños, de cierta manera los puntos complementaron mucho el dibujo.
For the background I used a light turquoise color and added white dots of different sizes, in a way the dots complemented the drawing.
