Hello Everyone I'm @ebingo, I'd like to officially start my art page and separate it from my other pages. I also made a page for my psychiatry posts @medicvibes. I intend to use this page to reach out to the art community and put my artwork so they are easily accessible to people who want to see my portfolio.
I recently started taking tutorials in art and learning animation. I have been trying to build knowledge of animation for some time and it has been difficult to find teachers. But I have been reading the Animatoprs survival kit, Andrew Loomis head and hand drawing and other books.
I joined the other students to draw, but I used a pen. Short on funds, I learned to draw with a pen because drawing with a pencil means I have to have a sharpener and eraser.
My tutor says he will teach me hyper-realistic drawing, I just want to be good enough to take the next steps in animation.
I want to develop a Jazz style of drawing and animation and I started following his free course too.
After that, I intend to pay for another course by Kesh.
Right now I feel like I have what it takes to make really good vector tracing and add good details but I keep trying to substitute the hard work for something else.
I still don't know what that thing is but I will figure it out.
I want to get very good at drawing human heads and body structures.
My tutor said I should learn about types of drawing and drawing methods of cross-hatching.
I still have a project I am supposed to do for @hivenaija.
