Four, three, seven, seven, one equal to hello!
Welcome to generosesity blogs ep. 16!

Part 2 of my blog will talk about how does painting helps me cope with stress and of course, how was I able to learn watercolor painting. For today, I will feature Kuroko no Basuke's characters in watercolor painting.
MY ARTWORKS (1).jpg
Kuroko no Basuke is a well-known anime series with three seasons. The anime series highlights basketball as there main story. However, as the episodes go by, you will also know every special abilities of the characters in which they use it to win the game. A friend of mine introduced this anime series to me when I was still in high school. I was really amazed and I love every characters because they are just very handsome.

So since I have plenty of time last summer break, I decided to paint them in watercolor. I'm a bit excite and nervous because I still don't know how to paint skin tones. I think the whole process took me three days because I also took some breaks and do the household chores. Every character that I finish I am just so satisfied with the outcome even though I am not a pro-artist but I always believe that we have our own styles and perspectives when it comes to art.

Painting is somehow a difficult side of art because you need to blend the colors properly and be careful with the texture you want to achieve. In my experience doing watercolor painting the difficult part for me is the skin tone. I already knew that it was one of my weaknesses because I did not master the proper color mixing of skin tones. However, as I continue to explore watercolor painting I discovered plenty of things like the proper shades of colors, mixing, and the right amount of layers of colors. Therefore, when I do watercolor painting next time, I will apply all my learnings and lessons learned from this art session.

Every time I draw or paint I always feel happy, and the results make me satisfied. I am always thankful to the Lord for giving a wonderful hands. But I just want to remind you my fellow hvers that art has no limitation, express every thing through art, and you'll see that everyone will appreciate it.
