Next prompt is "a whimsical treehouse" and I remembered Midjourney exists. I know I also need to practice drawing things using my imagination and that takes a lot of time. As much as I want to do that, I don't have that skill yet since I never really practiced it since I don't think I need it lol.
Since my goals with daily sketches are for me to be motivated by being consistent in drawing and practice with proportions, training my imagination will be on some other exercises.
I prompted "whimsical treehouse" (pretty straightforward lol) on Midjourney and had this as a result. Pretty cute, so I decided the markers are better to use than pencils and pens for this.
I had these Sakura Koi coloring brush pens for a year now but I just started using them now. I mentioned before that I tend to buy art materials and don't really use them much because I'm afraid I will "waste" them by drawing something I will hate later on. I am removing that kind of toxic behavior so I am using my materials as much as I can and I actually enjoy the results whether I did my "best" or not. :D
I'm already getting used to drawing everyday and I don't hate it now. :D It is satisfying to see filling my sketchpad with random shit and the best part is I don't put unnecessary pressure on myself. I like the results and this is also how I combat my perfectionism lol.

Masarap sa feeling talaga trad kahit practice2 lng. Oo gamitin mo pens mo baka mag dry... Some of the Copic markers namin dito nag dry out sya ewan bakit hahah
Suya gyud kos imong colored pens. Murag kapaliton jud ko ani. Hahaha! Pero murag maoy tripingan sa akong mga anak. I have regular colored pens pero pang color lang sa ko ron sa drawing book. haha!
Palit ug cheap pens tas itago imong mahalon. Murag kana lng jud ang way🤣

I just discovered that I need to do that exercise hahaha it is necessary sometimes to de-stress and stop being such a perfectionist , I love the result the markers gave it a very nice touch.

I will have to admit that Midjourney nailed that Whimsical Treehouse prompt. I think your drawing captured it a lot. Using just markers felt like it gave the drawing, for lack of a better term, airiness. It had less rigidity and structure, but you can still clearly see the form. It has a sort of a magical feel to it.
Midjourney always have this fantasy results and sometimes you can tell something's Ai based on the style lol. They're usually good especially now they've improved a lot. Thank you! Glad you like it
