Hola a todos, hoy les quiero compartir mi último trabajo a tinta, se trata de una imagen que desde que la observe me llamo mucho la atención y quise hacer mi versión. Lamentablemente, no conozco al artista original de la obra, ya que fue publicada en 1883. Este tipo de ilustraciones vintage son mis favoritas por sus grandes detalles, y espero algún día lograr alcanzar el nivel de estos grandes maestros. Espero les guste.
Hello everyone, today I want to share with you my latest work in ink, it is an image that since I saw it, it caught my attention and I wanted to do my version. Unfortunately, I do not know the original artist of the work, since it was published in 1883. This kind of vintage illustrations are my favorites because of their great details, and I hope someday to reach the level of these great masters. I hope you like it.
Here I show you the drawing process:
Para la realización de la ilustración utilicé rapidografos con punta 0.05, 0.1, 0.7, y finalmente 1.0 mmm para acentuar las sombras. La parte más complicada para mí fue el boceto inicial, para el cual use lápiz F, fue un proceso en el cual borre muchas veces hasta lograr que las figuras encajaran en mi obra. Disfrute el proceso de entintado, es en realidad muy relajante, en mis ilustraciones anteriores, mi herramienta era el bolígrafo que aunque creo que da un acabado con mucho realismo, el proceso de entintado es más laborioso por el hecho de que hay que limpiar constantemente la punta del bolígrafo.
For the realization of the illustration I used rapidographs with 0.05, 0.1, 0.7, and finally 1.0 mmm to accentuate the shadows. The most complicated part for me was the initial sketch, for which I used F pencil, it was a process in which I erased many times until the figures fit in my work. I enjoyed the inking process, it is actually very relaxing, in my previous illustrations, my tool was the pen, although I think it gives a very realistic finish, the inking process is more laborious due to the fact that you have to constantly clean the tip of the pen.
