Hi! How are you all doing? I wanted to share some of my thoughts for today. Honestly I have several graphite pencils which differs from grades. I have them since I start pursuing Architecture, but I haven't tried to make portraits out of this pencils. Today, I only try using two grades from this pencil, 8B and HB. For a further explanation of this pencils, grades tells how light/hard and dark/soft a graphite pencil is. Graphite pencils have a H or B grade. H grade pencils makes light shade and it is hard pencils while B grade pencils makes the darker shade and it is softer pencils. From my past weeks artworks, I used a mechanical pencil.
As I make art everyday, I still want to explore every possibilities I can make out of my materials. In this sketch I'm trying to make a semi-realistic one. I hope you like some of this informations and some of my portraits! <3

Excellent graphite sketch, I like the blurred lines and how they are distributed as shadows around the figure. Nice way to portray the world.
Thank you so much!
the mechanical pencil sketches alone were so beautiful but seeing this now I was like "wow what an excellent work" and knowing you only use two shades of pencils I feel excited to see your future works where you used more shades and enhanced its effectiveness
I am so glad for the appreciation <3 Thank you so much!
