It's not too expensive to start. There are many student quality paints available, as well as brushes and canvas materials priced for beginners. Acrylic also works well on paper or cardboard, especially if it's primed first.
As much as I love digital, there's something about the feel of using the brush that can't be replaced. Thank you, as always, Jiji! 🌻
