I have been trying to wrap up my new body of work that has been created during the covid period. A lot of the work is strange, I'm kind of at a weird point where I'm not sure which direction to go, and am experimenting. I've been re-working old paintings, trying to re-animate them. After I get these all up on the marketplace, I am going to begin trying to make some digital art. I want to put up a few listings on the @nftshowroom.
I ended up copping adobe creative suite off ebay, and I'm excited to get into it with the full suite at my disposal, which I have never owned before. I chose CS6, which was the last version to be sold in its full form. Now, adobe makes you pay monthly for their cloud service. I just gotta keep my macbook below Mojave.
My day job influenced my work. I restore posters and this keith haring poster came up which I thought was pretty cool. It's a promotional poster for his show at a gallery in new york called FUN gallery. I liked how there appears to be a skateboard at the bottom of the picture. I reminded me of the super steep nose and tail of the skateboard I drew in a collaboration with erik lundquist.
I really like this little new painting. I have to think up names for all these new works. There is one mistake in this painting, see if you can spot it.
