Greetings to all. I hope you are feeling well. I continue with my series of mandala drawings. I will not publish them strictly every day but I will continue with the sequence to keep track of the number of mandalas that I will be sharing with you during the end of the year. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do and if you feel like drawing your own mandalas, that would be very nice. I will be happy to see your progress.

I started with the drawing of the mandala inside the structure in order to make it very symmetrical. The result of the drawing has quite a few details that were simplified by adding color.

I went over the edges of the lines with marker using only three colors, each one in a segment of the mandala. I left some spaces uncolored to create this play between the shapes and the space around them, which gives a result that reminds me of a snowflake.

This mandala makes me think about the blank spaces. When I saw the whole drawing where you can see all the segments equally there was a lot of information to process, it is visually pleasing but it is difficult to concentrate on a single aspect of the drawing. By highlighting only some spaces and leaving others blank, it generated much more visual order, something that can be applied in everyday life. When we are able to give value to what is really important and leave its due space and time.

I have always been attracted to mandalas. I know they are related to Buddhism, I have not delved into that subject, I like to admire the art, how they do it and the end result. Your mandala is beautiful, do you only post about mandalas? on hive there are many other communities you can check out, if you decide to post on other topics. Good luck to you.

Thank you. I also post about my personal art research. But I have not published anything about my personal life or my daily adventures
