Good evening dear Hiveans how r you there...?
It's been a while since I last made a drawing using a pencil. Lately I have been always drawing using a digital software.
Few days ago was the birthday party of my little girl's bestfriend and he is so fond of Dinosaurs so I was thinking to make something personal for him aside of the common present for 5 yo boys.
Because it's a present for a little boy, so don't expect a fierce looking T-Rex from me :-D.
I deliberately made it rather cute looking 😜.

This is the end result after the blending.
This drawing is made on aquarell paper but using polychromos oil pencil from Faber Castell. This is the reason why there are still somehow white patches between colour even after blending. The texture of the paper is simply not the best for the pencil colours I used.
But I just had no other paper available at that time.
I made the drawing out of impulse just shortly before midnite, the day before the party and it's an easter long weekend, so...there is no way I could buy a suitable material even if it was during the day.
All the shops are closed afterall :-D.
So I just had to make do with what's available at home.
But I think the result is not so bad though :).
The birthday boy was still very happy with it.

Als alter Pedant würde ich zustimmen, zugleich jedoch korrigierend hinzufügen, dass es "Einen freundlichen Saurier muss es ..." heißen müsste. :)
