¡Hola mis queridos artistas! ¿Cómo están? Casi un mes sin publicar pero bueno como siempre sacando algo de tiempo para hacer uno que otro dibujito y mostrárselos ya que gracias a ustedes he logrado muchas cosas. Hoy quiero mostrarles un súper digimon de la primera temporada el cual demostró ir más allá de los límites con tal de salvar a la tierra y al mundo digital, se trata de la fusión de “Metal garurumon” y “Wargreimon” sin más nada que decirles comencemos.
Hello my dear artists! How are you? Almost a month without publishing but as always I'm taking some time to make some drawings and show them to you because thanks to you I have achieved a lot of things. Today I want to show you a super digimon of the first season which showed to go beyond the limits in order to save the earth and the digital world, it is the fusion of "Metal garurumon" and "Wargreimon" without anything else to tell you let's start.
The materials I used were the following:
Cartulina opalina de 200gr, marcadores liner Kores. marcadores Pointer, colores Kores, borrador, portaminas 0.5.
200gr opaline cardboard, kores liner markers. Pointer markers, Kores colors,eraser, mechanical pencil 0.5.
Para comenzar el boceto utilice un poco mi ingenio para poder encajar el dibujo al menos en un 95% de la cartulina ya que el personaje es bastante alto y quería hacerlo de manera horizontal debido a la posición que tenía.
To start the sketch I used my ingenuity to be able to fit the drawing at least 95% of the cardboard since the character is quite tall and I wanted to do it horizontally due to the position I had.
How could I do it?
Usando figuras como el redondo, cuadrado y una que otra figurita extra pude ir imaginando como encajarlo logrando el resultado que aprecian, realmente dibujar tan pequeño es un verdadero retro por los detalles que puede tener el dibujo. En este caso me tarde unas dos horas en lograr ajustar el boceto en la cartulina, el tiempo que dedicamos en nuestro bocetos es de gran importancia ya que de este partimos bien sea a crear sombras con lápices de grafito o darle vida con los colores para lograr un parecido muy grato a la imagen de referencia.
Using figures like the round, square and one or another extra figure I could imagine how to fit it achieving the result that you can see, really drawing so small is a real retro for the details that the drawing can have. In this case it took me about two hours to adjust the sketch on the cardboard, the time we spend in our sketches is of great importance because from this we start either to create shadows with graphite pencils or give life with the colors to achieve a very pleasing resemblance to the reference image.
Una vez hecho el boceto con el liner negro cubrí ciertas zonas del dibujo y de igual forma lo hice con los otros liner dándole un mejor efecto al momento de colorear. En mi opinión el ver la aparición de este digimon rompió con todos los límites que pude imaginar durante mi infancia, el poder que posee es muy grande y la manera en la que lucho fue tan impactante que cuando lo volví a ver ya a la edad que tengo me inspiro y decidí dibujarlo.
Once the sketch was done with the black liner I covered certain areas of the drawing and in the same way I did it with the other liners giving it a better effect at the moment of coloring. In my opinion, seeing the appearance of this digimon broke all the limits I could imagine during my childhood, the power he has is very great and the way he fights was so impressive that when I saw him again at the age I am now, it inspired me and I decided to draw him.
¿A ustedes que les pareció la aparición de este impactante digimon en el anime? Una vez hecho el delineado procedo con el coloreado y esta fue la parte que más disfruté ya que el combinar marcadores con colores deja un acabado genial.
What did you think about the appearance of this impressive digimon in the anime? Once the outline is done I proceed with the coloring and this was the part I enjoyed the most since combining markers with colors leaves a great finish.
How do I do the coloring?
Con el marcador relleno toda la zona que deseo y usando la técnica claro oscuro voy cubriendo esas partes del dibujo. Comencé por el puño izquierdo que es el rostro de Wargreimon y el posee un tono naranja. Luego pase a la parte de la capa, hombro y por último el brazo derecho que es el rostro de Metal garurumon dejando el cuerpo para la parte final y al no poseer muchos colores metalizados usé el portaminas 0.5 el cual me permitió hacer graduaciones de grises.
With the marker I fill all the area I want and using the dark light technique I cover those parts of the drawing. I started with the left fist which is the face of Wargreimon and he has an orange tone. Then I moved to the part of the cloak, shoulder and finally the right arm which is the face of Metal garurumon leaving the body for the final part and not having many metallic colors I used the mechanical pencil 0.5 which allowed me to make gray graduations.
El coloreado me tomo una hora hacerlo pero porque he estado practicando mucho esta técnica, pero si eres principiante puede tomarte un poco más lo importante es que no te apresures y te tomes todo el tiempo que desees para lograr un coloreado increíble; recuerda que el tiempo es tu mejor amigo al dibujar.
The coloring took me an hour to do it but because I have been practicing a lot this technique, but if you are a beginner it can take you a little more the important thing is that you don't hurry and take all the time you want to achieve an incredible coloring; remember that time is your best friend when drawing.
Luego de 3 horas les presento el resultado final con un pequeño gif que muestra como fue el proceso del dibujo durante todo este tiempo, espero les guste mucho y lo compartan con sus amigos artistas, por ahí viene una sorpresita que comencé a hacer hace unas semana pero por trabajo no he tenido tiempo de continuar pero sé que les encantara.
